Aayushi Jain is a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She is making a difference by supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, and other psychological concerns, while also conducting psychological assessments to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and integrative, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Person-Centered approach. She is committed to creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can openly explore their emotions, experiences, and personal challenges. Through therapy, she aims to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful emotional growth and well-being. Tanisha Verma is a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Having been trained from the most reputed institutes of the country – Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai and Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) Delhi, she brings evidence-based practices to her clinical work.
Tanisha’s work is strongly informed by systemic and psychodynamic approaches to therapy, grounded in the belief that people cannot be understood in isolation from their contexts—our histories, relationships, cultures, and inner and outer worlds all shape who we are today. Her practice is trauma-informed and attentive to cultural contexts. At the heart of her work is a deep curiosity and respect for the stories people bring into therapy—both the stories that are spoken and those that remain untold, as well as the ones still waiting to be shaped. She works with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, self-harm, interpersonal conflicts, burnout, grief, eating disorders, with a special interest in helping people work through emotional dysregulation. She also works with couples with a focus on emotional intimacy and conflict resolution.
