Aayushi Jain is a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She is making a difference by supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, and other psychological concerns, while also conducting psychological assessments to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and integrative, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Person-Centered approach. Umar Khan is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India. After finishing his M.phil from NIMHANS Bangalore, he has been affiliated with prestigious institutions such as AIIMS Delhi and Gurugram University. He is deeply committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at their own pace. Umar believes therapy is a collaborative process, and works closely with clients to help them develop greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and meaningful change.
His therapeutic work draws from cognitive behavioural, existential, and experiential approaches, and he works with both short-term and long-term concerns. Umar places strong emphasis on understanding how social and cultural contexts—including gender, identity, culture, religion, and socio-economic background—shape a person’s mental health and lived experience. For him, therapy is not only about addressing distress, but also about nurturing meaning, purpose, and personal growth. He strives to make therapy inclusive, reflective, and accessible, supporting clients in feeling heard, respected, and empowered throughout their journey.
