Aakriti Jain is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with Rehabilitation Council of India. She has extensive exposure and vast clinical experience of more than 10 years of therapy and diagnostic assessments at various reputed organizations in Delhi. She delivers therapeutic intervention to individuals (both adult and child cases) falling under the broad spectrum of mental health issues. Her expertise lies in providing counselling and psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques to clients with a wide range of cognitive, emotional, behavioral and adjustment problems stemming out of illnesses such as depression, anxiety & psychosis to name a few. With a focus on somatic work, Neha helps clients reconnect with their bodies and release trauma stored within, hence providing compassionate care. Prachi Chauhan is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with Rehabilitation Council of India. She completed her MPhil in Clinical Psychology from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, Chennai in 2018 and has been working with various premier mental health institutes since then. She is extremely passionate about working with patients with mental health issues and aims at creating an awareness and removing the stigma related to psychological problems.
Her interest lies in working with adolescent and adult population with mental health illnesses such as anxiety spectrum disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, schizophrenia and substance dependence. She has an expertise in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Supportive Therapy, Motivation Enhancement Therapy (MET) and conducts psychological assessments like personality assessments, projective assessments and IQ assessments with great prowess. She believes in having an eclectic approach in therapy and follows a client-centric approach.
