Umar Khan is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India. After finishing his M.phil from NIMHANS Bangalore, he has been affiliated with prestigious institutions such as AIIMS Delhi and Gurugram University. He is deeply committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at their own pace. Umar believes therapy is a collaborative process, and works closely with clients to help them develop greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and meaningful change.
His therapeutic work draws from cognitive behavioural, existential, and experiential approaches, and he works with both short-term and long-term concerns. Umar places strong emphasis on understanding how social and cultural contexts—including gender, identity, culture, religion, and socio-economic background—shape a person’s mental health and lived experience. Anasuya Dasgupta is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India. After finishing her M.phil from the CIP Ranchi, she has been making difference through her clinical work. Anasuya’s practice is rooted in core clinical experience and a strong trauma-informed foundation. She integrates somatic approaches and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients safely process trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and develop a deeper, more compassionate understanding of their internal experiences. Her therapeutic style emphasizes safety, collaboration, and pacing, allowing healing to unfold in a sustainable and embodied way.
She also uses the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) framework in her work with individuals and couples, focusing on attachment needs, emotional connection, and relational patterns. Anasuya works with concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, relationship difficulties, and personality-related challenges, supporting clients in moving toward lasting emotional health and more secure relationships.
