Grateful

About a year back, I contacted Dr Apala, as a recommendation from a friend, for some mental uneasiness that had grown over a few months and eventually had led to sleepless nights.
Initially, I was sceptical but with her amazing listening and counselling skills, she was able to identify the root cause of my problem more complex and ingrained than the usual anxiety. All follow-up meetings considerably helped me in recognizing my behaviour patterns and develop a sorted approach to become calmer and eventually happier. I always feel very positive and sorted post our therapy sessions.
She is friendly, approachable and makes one feel so comfortable that one can talk to her about anything and everything.
