World Health Day is observed every year on 7th April every year. This year, the theme ” together for health, stand with science” urges all of us to put our faith in scientific practices to uplift health for one and all.
This World Health Day, I would like to remind you that health is not just physical, but mental too. As a psychiatrist for 15 years, I know how often stress and burnt out are ignored. Take a moment to pause, reflect back and make your mental health a priority because true well-being begins within.
